What counts as a conversation
A conversation equals one inbound user message processed by Tia in a calendar month, per workspace. Forwarding a receipt counts as one. Asking a follow-up question counts as one. Messages from Tia back to the user are not counted. Usage is tracked monthly and resets on the first of each calendar month in the workspace’s timezone.Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 30-day free trial on the Starter plan capabilities. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, the workspace is prompted to choose a plan and add a payment method. If neither is done, the workspace is paused — data is retained, but the assistant stops responding until billing is active.Design partner program
The first ten UAE-based project-services SMBs to sign up qualify for the design partner program: $29 per month for the first six months on the Starter feature set, with concierge onboarding included. In return, design partners agree to:- A 30-minute feedback session each month.
- Two peer introductions to other GCC SMBs who might benefit from Taskezy.
- Willingness to be a named case study from month four onward (anonymisation remains the default until the partner approves attribution).
Overage and hard caps
If a workspace exceeds the plan’s monthly conversation limit, alerts go to the Owner at 80%, 100%, and 150%. Usage hard-caps at 200% of the plan limit — Tia stops responding to inbound messages beyond that point until the next billing cycle or a plan upgrade. The 200% cap prevents unexpected charges. Upgrade prompts appear inline in Tia’s replies as usage approaches the limit.Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the paid month. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year. No clawback or penalty fees. Cancellation does not delete data — see the privacy policy for retention rules. Refunds are not issued for partial periods. Exceptions apply when a material defect was reported and not resolved; contact support@taskezy.co.Payment methods
Stripe handles billing. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, including UAE-issued cards. Invoices are issued automatically each billing period and emailed to the workspace billing contact.
