Give customers a link where they can book an appointment themselves — a site visit, a consultation, a service call — at a time you’re actually free. Bookings land on your schedule, and the customer becomes a contact and a lead. The services and hours you set here are also what your front desk uses to say what you offer, when you’re open, and to book appointments in a conversation.

Set it up

Go to Settings → Online bookings. It has three tabs.
1

Services

Add what customers can book: What can they book?, How long it takes, a short description, and Who can take it — leave that blank and anyone free can.
2

Available times

Set the windows you take bookings in, for each day of the week. A day can have more than one window — mornings and evenings, say.
3

Your link

Choose Your booking link — for example carpenco — and switch on Accept online bookings. Set the least notice you need, how many days ahead people can book up to, and how often a slot starts (slot every so many minutes).
Your link is https://app.taskezy.co/book/<your-link>. Put it on your website, your Instagram bio or your WhatsApp profile. Switch Accept online bookings off and the page stops taking bookings.

When a customer books

The customer picks a service and a free time, and gives their name, mobile number, and optionally their email and a note. Then:
  • The booking gets a reference (BK-2026-0102) and appears on your Schedule, marked Booked online.
  • The customer is saved as a contact — or matched to one you already have — and a lead is opened if they don’t already have one.
  • People on your team who look after bookings are notified.

Your bookings

Operations → Bookings lists them under Upcoming, Past and Cancelled, with how many are coming up in the next 7 days and how many aren’t assigned to anyone. Open one for the appointment, who booked, and their notes, with links to call or email them. With Tia: “any bookings tomorrow?”, “find Mrs Khan’s booking”, “cancel BK-2026-0102”.

What’s next

  • Front desk — answer customers and book appointments in conversation.
  • Operations — where bookings sit on your schedule.
