The front desk is not Tia, and it never uses her name. You choose what your customers call it — Sara, Layla, Omar, or anything you like.
What it can do
Answer from your records
Your services and prices, when you’re open, what you sell and whether it’s in stock — and anything on your website or that you’ve written down for it.
Book real appointments
It offers the slots you actually have free and books them into your diary. Returning customers can move or cancel their own.
Take an enquiry
When it can’t answer, it takes the customer’s details and creates a lead for your team.
Hand over to a person
When a customer asks for someone — or it’s out of its depth — it hands the conversation to your team and tells the right person on WhatsApp.
Tell customers where their order is
With your WooCommerce shop connected, a customer who proves the order is theirs can see where it has got to.
Start a quote
For a customer it has matched to your records, it can open a draft quote for your team to price and approve. It never sends a price for work on its own.
What it won’t do
- Make things up. It answers only from your records, your website and what you’ve written for it. If it can’t back an answer up, it says so and offers a person.
- Quote for work. It will tell a customer a price you’ve published, but work that needs a survey or a quote goes to your team.
- Talk about money a customer owes. It never shows amounts on orders or invoices, and it can’t take payments. Those conversations go to your team.
