What comes across
- Contacts — your customers, and your suppliers as vendors.
- Items — your catalogue, with prices and stock on hand.
- Sales — quotes, sales orders, invoices, credit notes and customer payments.
- Purchases — purchase orders, bills, vendor payments and expenses.
Bring your history across
1
Connect Zoho Books
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the Zoho Books tile. Sign in to Zoho with an account that can see your books, and approve access. Taskezy works out which Zoho region your organisation is in (US, EU, India, Australia, Japan or Saudi Arabia).
2
Let it come across
Taskezy starts pulling your history straight away. Click Sync on the tile to start a pass now. A large set of books can take a while, because Zoho limits how fast it can be read — Taskezy picks up where it left off until everything is across.
3
Check it
Open your Contacts, Invoices, Bills and Products and spot-check a few you know well — an open invoice, a supplier balance, a stock count.
4
Disconnect Zoho
Back on Settings → Integrations, click Disconnect on the Zoho Books tile and confirm. Everything you imported stays in Taskezy. From here on, Taskezy is the one place your records change.
After you’ve moved
- Your numbers are yours. New documents get Taskezy references (
INV-2026-0231); imported ones keep their Zoho numbers. - Stock is managed in Taskezy. Adjust and count stock from Inventory.
- Your accountant can work from Taskezy’s P&L, balance sheet and VAT return.
- Zoho counts as a connector while it’s connected. Disconnecting frees the slot on your plan.
What’s next
- Connect your bank — keep cash current from your bank feed or statements.
- Which document to use — how quotes, orders, invoices and bills work in Taskezy.
- Team, roles and WhatsApp — bring your team on.
