The website widget is a chat bubble in the corner of your site. Customers click it and talk to your front desk. It’s set up on Front desk → Channels, under Website widget.

Add it

1

Say which websites can use it

Under Websites allowed to use it, add each address the widget will appear on — for example https://yourbusiness.ae and https://www.yourbusiness.ae — then click Save websites. Addresses must match exactly; a wildcard like *.yourbusiness.ae isn’t accepted.
2

Copy the code

Once you’ve saved a website, Add it to your site shows your code. Click Copy. It looks like this:
3

Paste it into your site

Paste it just before </body> on every page where you want the bubble — in most website builders, that’s a “custom code” or “footer scripts” setting.
4

Switch the front desk on

The widget only appears while your front desk is Live. If it’s still a draft or paused, Channels reminds you. See Switch it on.
The code isn’t a secret — anyone can see it in your page. What protects it is the list of allowed websites: the widget only works on the addresses you’ve added.

Change how it looks

The bubble’s colour and corner are set on Front desk → Agent → Display. See Display.

Troubleshooting

  • The bubble doesn’t appear. Check the front desk is Live, and that the exact address in your browser — including www. or not — is in Websites allowed to use it.
  • It appears but won’t answer. You may have reached this month’s usage allowance — see Plans and billing.
